Just a quick update on my mom's status... She found another lump last week and went into surgery on Friday. Her doctor removed two lumps from the other breast. They are currently being tested, but the doctor thought they would come back "cancerous."
At this point, we are considering having mom receive a second opinion from IU Medical Center in Indy or the Cleveland Clinic. We are hopeful that everything was caught early, but hope to have a more definite/aggressive plan for treatment soon.
