We made the trip down to Bloomington for New Years Eve. Jack had his ENTIRE family present...both the Clevenger side and the Becker side! We enjoyed dinner at Crazy Horse and then headed off to Assembly Hall for the IU vs Ohio State game. Jack got restless half way through the first half...and he wasn't happy with the way IU was playing. So, at halftime my mom & I took him back to the hotel. After the game, we met up with the family again and headed off to Nick's for some "Sink the Biz." (Grandma Shirlee stayed behind with Jack) Sadly, Nick's closed at 10pm (lots of unhappy drinkers)...but Kilroy's was open. We rang in the New Year, played some card games, chatted...and headed off to bed. Unfortunately, Jack had other plans. He really wanted to see EACH and EVERY hour of the New Year. NOT fun for Tyson & me. Yesterday, our overly tired family made our way back to Warsaw (3hr) to pick up the dogs, then headed back to Detroit (3.5hr)...over 6 hours in a car made for one VERY tired Little Man. We all slept VERY well in our own beds (dogs included).
