When I was pregnant I constantly worried about how the dogs would get along with the baby. Would they welcome him? Would they always try to play with/chew up his toys?Never ONCE did I think - will this baby constantly go after the dogs' toys? Will he prefer dog toys over baby toys? Will I have to drag him away from the dogs' dishes & water bowl 18 times a day?
My new favorite phrase is "No, No, Jack."
