Happy 4th!

We enjoyed a pretty quiet Fourth at the lake. On Friday night Grandma & Grandpa Becker stopped by for dinner with Jack. They were heading out to spend their holiday in Virginia...and needed some "Jack time" to tide them over.  Saturday we visited the Becker's at Lake James and Jack had a chance to see/meet lots of family! He enjoyed playing with his older cousin, Chloe!

 Gramps stopped by on Sunday for some "Jack time." Here they are learning the word "boat." Jack loves adding new words to his ever-growing vocabulary. Grandma Shirlee has been scoping out her retirement home in Florida, so she couldn't join us. But we had a nice cookout with Gramps.

We headed back to the D early this morning. Tyson works tomorrow and enjoys some time at home before his work week begins.

Overall, it was a fun weekend at Lake George. We saw lots of friends and family - which is always top priority when we're there. This fall/winter will be quite the "Baby Boom" at the lake! Next summer will bring lots of new friends and we can't wait!!
